March 23, 2026 at 6:57pm the phone rang and rang just to be hung up on. They don't want business. Their reviews led me to call as I wanted a cut and perm. However, they lost a good bit of money and a gracious tip by hanging up on me. Never will I call or recommend them.
I had a great experience with the best hair stylist! Alchemist was very inviting, easy to find, a great atmosphere and a great price range to choose from!
Alyse (Roots & Waves Beauty) was so kind, genuine, and welcoming. She did an incredible job with the fairly cheap extensions I provided. Her prices are unbeatable for the work and atmosphere she provides. My hair was secure and lasted all night. I highly recommend!
Love love love. When I am with my stylist I see everyone is taken care of. Place is beautiful and welcoming and friendly staff. I don't want to share her name because I don't want to fight for appointments but her knowledge and time deserves it. I have been with her for 8 years and will never change. Kayleigh! Love her. Down to earth and real about expectations!
Phenomenal atmosphere and staff. Relaxed and serene environment. Kayleigh did a fantastic job. I hadn't went to another stylist for a year+ she assured me and was confident in taking care of my hair. Beyond satisfied! Great first experience, that will ensure more to come.
